Chris McIlvoy

Chris is a co-founding partner of Content Thread. With a background in finance and an MBA from Georgia Tech, he is able to approach technical issues from a business perspective. His 15 years of business process consulting coupled with a strong technical acumen makes him uniquely capable of leading large development efforts.

He began his career in the Big 4 consulting, delivering custom enterprise solutions and working with a range of Fortune 500 clients. He has a diverse background in ecommerce, web service development, business intelligence and analysis engagements. This experience has provided him with the innate ability to deliver results within the client’s current environment, managing day to day tasks to ensure that feature development is moving forward and the project budget is on track.

Chris has led AEM/CQ implementations for American Red Cross, Bridgestone/Firestone Tire, and American Chemical Society. Prior to Content Thread, Chris worked with clients such as Bridgestone/Firestone Tire, Philips, Verisign, Tribeca Film Festival, Fedex, CDC, Cessna and Nikon.

Hakim Sadikali

Hakim is also a co-founding partner of Content Thread. He ensures successful implementation by planning and coordinating the entire development process and ensuring that customers’ business requirements are met.

Prior to founding Content Thread, Hakim was a core member of Day’s North American professional services team. It was there that he provided guidance on best practices and architected most of Day’s large North American implementations, including Paypal, Bridgestone/Firestone Tire, Life Technologies, Bureau of Land Management, NYU, Villanova, Shopautoweek, Clifford Chance as well as Blackberry. Day is the software that has evolved from Adobe CQ into what is recognized as Adobe AEM today. Hakim has been there from the start, which provides him with invaluable experience with this platform.

Gage Short

Gage leads our efforts with Client and Partner Development. He has executive experience in leadership, building teams, and managing expectations with the delivery of robust, deployable solutions in high pressure environments.

His record of building strong relationships with partners and vendors includes 15+ years of executive IT experience with broad-based management in Systems Design and Development, Implementation and Support. Gage's deep understanding of strategic and cost effective ways to utilize technology in alignment with client goals helps set Content Thread apart from competitors. He knows how to streamline the overall delivery process through digital teams and consults with clients and prospects at the executive level.

Gage has accomplished several major milestones, achieving SAS-Level II certifications in 2008-2012, secured and maintained Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status and developed a secure, shared services model for WCM in a private cloud. He knows partner channel management and consulting on platform integration projects using Adobe CQ5 and a host of other WCM and Ecommerce solutions in various cloud and physical environments. He has worked with Chris and Hakim for years and is a welcomed addition to the company.
