Role and Responsibilities—
- Provide project coordination and facilitation of cross functional team planning and execution
- Facilitate project planning, progress tracking, retrospectives, and reporting
- Perform risk analysis and gather data from teams to proactively raise prioritization
- Ensure all status materials and roadmap documents are compiled, completed in a timely fashion, and remain well-maintained
- Establish and monitor plans, and ensure the realization of goals and continuous improvements
Preferred Qualifications—
- 3+ years of experience managing website development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience administrating digital project management platforms, preferably Jira and Confluence
- Attentive to keeping others informed about project developments and plans
- Self aware with attention to interpersonal skills
- Experience in executing change management processes
- Organized, with a problem solving mindset, and comfortable presenting to and facilitating groups
- Strong desire to learn and work with a variety of technologies
- Record of utilizing risk mitigation and escalation procedures
- Ability to demonstrate the use of project management techniques and tools
- Flexible with ability to change priorities quickly
