Brookdale is a $3b senior care company with over 1,000 communities, 70,000 staff members, and 100,000 residents throughout the United States. Since 1978 the Brentwood Tennesee-based company has been specializing in independent living, and personalized assited living.

A focus on lead generation

The priority for Brookdale was to enhance their ability to reach potential clients efficiently and effectively through their website. To make their lead generation strategy thrive, their goal was to roll out new features for content generation. In doing this at a local level, they would drive traffic to over 1100 community sites with relevant and relatable content. This strategy was meant to provide information that would get users to contact the company to learn more about the many options for senior care that Brookdale has available.

Driving traffic with new features

A quick and nimble teem was needed to work with the Brookdale business group to do biweekly deployments to meet the objective of developing new features to fully leverage the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
