Role and Responsibilities—

• Leverage Adobe Analytics to help businesses owners understand impact of identified opportunities
• Translate business needs to technical specifications
• Extensive knowledge when to use traffic and conversion variables and success events to deliver on a measurement plan and KPIs
• Design, build and deploy tagging solutions in Adobe Launch
• Experience developing reporting data layers and using context data variables in web-based javascript and mobile app SDK implementations
• Working with business owners to help them articulate KPIs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Troubleshoot Adobe Analytics reporting to determine potential issues with tagging
• Working experience in HTML, Javascript and CSS
• Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points.
• Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns

Preferred Qualifications—

• 2-5 years Adobe Analytics experience
• 1+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform
• 2+ years Digital Tag Management application experience, Adobe DTM/Launch preferred
• Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology a plus
